New Patients

Before Your First Visit | 30-Minutes
After scheduling your initial visit to one of our Capital District Family Chiropractic locations, our care team will text/email paperwork to you tailored to your individual health goals. You must have the paperwork filled out as soon as possible before your first visit to the office for the doctor to review and prepare for your consultation and exam. Please be as thorough as possible so that we can get to the ROOT CAUSE of your concerns! If you are unable to complete it, please contact us to reschedule your initial appointment.

Your First Visit | 45-Minutes
Your first visit to the office will give us the opportunity to connect with you and listen to your health needs. During this time, we will ask that you provide as much detail about your individual needs and concerns as possible -- we truly care about your personal story!
Insight Scans
After connecting one on one over your paperwork, we will perform a detailed neurological assessment, determining if your neuro-spinal system is balanced. Our state-of-the-art technology, the Insight, helps us assess how your spine and nervous system are performing.
The Insight Scan is a computerized, non-invasive & painless test consisting of heart rate variability, thermal and surface electromyography. The scans will show if there is any Subluxation (stress) in your nervous system and how it is affecting your organs, glands, muscles & energy level.
After the scan, your doctor will determine if any other examinations would be beneficial to evaluate your neuro-spinal system, such as x-rays.

Your Second Visit | 30-Minutes
At your second visit, Dr. Rhiannon will go over the results of your Insight Scans and care plan specific to your individual health goals. At this visit, we will sit down and discuss your care plan along with any additional evaluations (such as x-rays). During this time, you can ask any questions or concerns that you may have about your care plan and the next steps that will be taken towards elevating your health. This is also the visit where you will receive your first neurologically-focused chiropractic adjustment with us!
